## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 科创项目管理、成果推广、科研综合管理
- 科创规划、管理及运营，健全科创政策、流程、机制并宣贯解答
- 科创资源统筹配置，研发项目全流程管理
- 监督预算编制、执行审计、决算验收，确保经费合规使用（含纵向/横向/自筹资金）
- 科技创新成果及成果转化管理，支撑成果推广和效益评估

### 研发队伍建设，组织开展认证考试、培训、交流和研发活动等 Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想品质和道德素质，无触犯法律法规、校级处分等不良记录。
- 具有较强的学习能力，学习成绩良好，入职报到时须取得毕业证、学位证，境外院校毕业生须获得国家教育部留学服务中心的学历学位认证。
- 熟练使用计算机和办公软件，取得计算机类、通信类或信息类等级认证，或取得职业资格证书，或在校内外参与项目实践的优先考虑。
- 具有健康、成熟、稳定的心理素质，身体健康。
