## Job description

### 售前解决方案支持
- 需求调研与分析配合客户经理拜访目标客户，深入挖掘客户业务痛点.技术需求.预算及决策流程。协助新人快速掌握行业方案体系。输出《客户需求分析报告》，明确核心需求与潜在风险。
- 解决方案设计:设计符合客户需求的整体解决方案（含技术架构.功能明细.实施路径.投资估算）。制作方案PPT.技术建议书.报价明细等标准化投标材料。针对重点项目，组织内部方案评审会，确保方案可行性.成本可控.竞争力突出。编写投标文件中的技术部分，配合商务完成标书封装。参与现场述标.技术答疑

### 售中与交付协同
- 方案交底项目中标后，向交付经理.项目经理进行方案交底，移交技术文档.设计图纸.配置明细。协助交付团队制定详细实施计划，确保方案可落地。

### 技术变更管理
- 项目执行过程中，响应客户需求变更，评估技术可行性与成本影响，输出变更方案。参与重大技术问题的攻关，保障项目顺利推进。

### 内部培训与赋能
- 定期向客户经理.交付团队进行行业知识.方案亮点.竞争策略培训协助新人快速掌握行业方案体系。

### 行业能力建设
- 持续跟踪负责行业的政策动态.技术趋势.竞争对手动向，形成行业洞察月报。

### 生态伙伴对接
- 配合部门寻找与集成商.硬件厂商.

### 软件厂商的联合 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生；
- 通信技术类，信息化系统集成，具有一定的方案解决能力；
- 踏实能干,积极上进,有责任心，能承受压力,接受外地出差。
