## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据公司发展战略和业务需求，组织统筹规划云网建设项目，包括需求分析、建设内容、投资预算和效益分析，形成公司云网发展规划上报公司办公会决策；
- 根据云网发展规划编制年度固定资产投资预算；
- 负责落实集团批复的年度固定资产投资预算，确定各建设项目责任人，根据公司固定资产管理办法和集团专项合规要求等开展建设项目管理督导工作；
- 承担网络/系统规划，配合开展相应的系统建设、扩容、改造等。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，卫星通信、通信工程、新一代电子信息技术、计算机类等相关专业；
- 熟悉卫星移动通信、卫星宽带通信产品特点、技术特点，熟悉主流卫星通信网络架构；对未来卫星通信网络演进路线、天地一体融合发展有自己的独立思考和见解；
- 具备系统化和战略思维，参与规划战略决策；
- 熟悉云网领域的专业知识，了解卫星通信设备的主要功能、实现原理，具备组织项目验收、项目管理等能力。
