## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 跟踪研究云计算相关新技术，制定云公司架构和网络演进策略及实施计划；
- 编制云计算发展的中长期和滚动规划，组织推进规划的建设实施和演进发展，负责审核年度滚动规划、规划外建设项目和重大建设方案；
- 参与制定网络方案、相关软件系统开发及部署方案，评估项目的经济效益，组织编制项目的可行性研究报告、技术规范书、项目立项、实施和交付。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、工程管理、项目管理等相关专业应届毕业生；
- 具备优秀的内外部沟通协调能力，擅于项目计划制定、风险管控、问题解决和用户需求引导，能够应对复杂的项目环境；
- 具备较好的风险识别、问题分析、解决能力，逻辑清晰；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题；
- 身心健康。
