## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助开展机电及数据中心工程项目全过程管理，配合完成项目前期电气专业技术方案对接，跟进施工现场进度、施工质量及安全生产管控工作。
- 协助完成暖通专业图纸报审、设备物料报审、专项施工方案报审等资料报批工作，跟进审批进度，及时落实整改反馈。
- 协助协调施工现场各方工作，配合处理现场施工、设备安装、系统调试阶段的各类技术问题。
- 协助完成进度报告、会议纪要、工程变更、现场签证、调试记录等资料归档，配合项目竣工验收、现场移交及结算对接工作。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
- 熟练运用办公软件、CAD绘图软件，可使用BIM软件查阅图纸；
- 具备良好粤语沟通能力与英文读写交流能力；
- 掌握系统暖通专业理论知识，熟悉数据中心制冷系统（如精密空调、冷水机组、冷却塔）运行原理及关键运行参数。
