## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责业务政策和规范的承接与传达落地，对各类支局、渠道进行业务管理和指导培训。
- 负责产品管理、资费政策培训和日常业务申请。
- 负责调账、赠款流程及审批，各类终端管理，携号转网、号卡管理等工作。
- 负责指导各类实体渠道及综合网格的布局优化和运营管理，提升发展能力和渠道效能。
- 负责渠道拓展与运营支撑，组织线上线下全渠道一体化营销和运营，做好新店建库、合同签署、佣金支付、闭店信息等基础管理工作。

### 综合素质
- 身体健康，动手能力和实际操作能力强；善于学习，勇于负责，具有开拓进取和创新精神。

### 沟通协作
- 拥有优秀的沟通表达与团队协作能力，具备良好的协调能力和支撑服务意识。

### 业务技能
- 熟练使用计算机和相关办公软件，能够高效完成文档编辑、数据整理、汇报材料制作等工作，具备一定的方案撰写及文本输出能力。

### 职业素养
- 认同中国电信企业文化，爱岗敬业。
