## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助项目经理制定项目计划、按照招投标流程完成项目的实施。
- 按照项目经理要求编制招标文件和资格预审文件，协助项目经理组织资格审查、开标和评标，协助完成采购合同的签订等招投标全流程工作。
- 协助完成项目立项，招投标收入、成本的核算和报账，投标保证金的收入和退还等工作。
- 完成领导交办的其他事宜。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历的应届毕业生，专业不限，计算机类、电子信息类、法律类、工商管理类、统计学类专业优先。
- 熟练运用各类办公软件。
- 在工作中认真、维护企业形象和利益。
- 性格开朗，认真细致，有亲和力与良好的理解、沟通、表达、协调能力，抗压能力强，能够严于律己，且有高度的服务意识和责任心。
