## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与无人机飞控平台 AI 代码架构迭代与维护，配合优化代码内存占用、程序运行性能，完成代码调试、重构与版本管理工作；
- 协助产品线 AI 视觉模型全流程开发，覆盖目标检测、语义分割、关键点检测等视觉算法训练、调优与落地部署；
- 参与语义地图模块开发迭代，负责图像、点云等多传感器数据融合算法开发、调试与功能维护；
- 配合产品、硬件、测试等跨部门对接，参与需求拆解、方案研讨，协助制定开发计划，跟进开发进度保障功能按期交付。

### Requirements
- 熟悉 Python/C++ 至少一种编程语言，掌握基础数据结构、算法、内存优化相关知识；
- 了解深度学习基础框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow 任选其一），接触过目标检测、分割、关键点类视觉项目、课程设计或竞赛项目；
- 了解图像、点云基础处理知识，有传感器数据融合、SLAM、建图相关实践经验优先。
- 具备良好逻辑思维，能看懂算法文档，独立完成模块调试、问题定位；
- 沟通表达顺畅，能清晰同步开发进度，主动对接跨部门需求； 6责任心强，具备项目规划意识，能按节点完成分配开发任务。
