## Job description

### 售前技术支撑
- 对接政企、金融、公安、教育等行业客户，挖掘业务需求，负责AI、大数据、视联网、网络及云集成项目的技术交流、方案设计、标书编制，全程支撑投标工作，推动项目落地；

### 项目实施交付
- 负责AI中台、数据中台、视联网、网络及系统集成项目的现场部署、配置调试、平台联调与验收；承担设备巡检、故障排查、性能监控等运维工作，保障项目顺利交付验收；

### 项目流程管理
- 跟进项目全流程落地，负责技术对接、问题闭环与进度管控；编制标准化交付、部署文档，规范交付流程，开展客户培训及内部知识沉淀；

### 市场赋能与迭代优化
- 开展行业调研与客户拓展，参与市场推广与生态合作；沉淀行业方案与项目案例，赋能销售拓客，同步市场需求推动产品及方案优化升级。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历应届毕业生，具有良好的政治素养和思想道德水平，遵规守法、为人正派；
- 具备良好的需求理解、逻辑思维与方案撰写能力，熟练使用Office、Axure、XMind等办公与产品设计工具；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调、跨团队协作与抗压能力，有较强的学习能力与责任心，能快速适应业务变化；
- 有相关产品、售前、市场方向的实习经验、项目实战经验者优先。 其他要求 解决方案经理（AI/大数据/视联网方向):具备优秀的方案设计与标书撰写能力，有政企、金融、视联网行业售前或解决方案相关实习经验者优先。 集成解决方案工程师:熟悉网络、云等基础设施相关技术，有ICT行业售前或项目交付相关经验者优先。

### 市场/营销/拓展经理

具备优秀的市场拓展、客户沟通与商务谈判能力，有市场营销、客户拓展相关实习经验者优先。
