## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责行业数据、业务数据的收集、整理、清洗与标准化处理，搭建完善的数据采集与管理体系，保障数据准确性、完整性和时效性，助力数据要素合规流通与利用。
- 运用大数据分析工具（如SQL、Python、Tableau等），开展行业趋势、业务运营、用户需求等多维度数据分析，挖掘数据背后的业务逻辑与价值，形成针对性分析报告。
- 结合行业政策及企业业务需求，构建行业数据分析模型，优化分析方法，为企业战略决策、业务优化、产品迭代提供数据支撑。
- 配合数据要素相关工作推进，参与数据资源梳理、数据标准制定、数据安全管控等相关工作，推动数据要素与业务深度融合。

### Requirements

硕士及以上学历，大数据、数据科学、统计学、应用数学、信息管理与信息系统、数据要素相关专业（如数据治理、数据合规）优先。

### 具备以下综合素质者优先
- 优秀的团队协作精神与主人翁意识，能在压力环境下保持高效输出；
- 出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，善于整合资源推动项目进展；
- 能适应短期出差，具备吃苦耐劳的韧性和解决复杂问题的决心；
- 对新技术保持敏锐嗅觉，具备持续学习与自我驱动的成长型思维。
