## Job description

### 仓储体系建设
- 完善制定、优化迭代仓储作业标准化体系，并督促落地执行。

### 运营检查闭环
- 落实仓储运营检查执行、整改跟进与结果闭环，确保问题根治。

### 安全体系搭建
- 建立健全安全管理体系，排查隐患、组织培训、守住安全底线。

### 培训赋能
- 组织物流运营技能与安全培训。

### 案例整理汇编
- 提炼运营典型案例，推动经验沉淀与共享。

### Requirements
- 研究生及以上学历的应届毕业生，物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业；
- 责任心强，能够适应岗位短期外派、出差的要求；
- 专业成绩（绩点）在前50%。
