## Job description

### 法律合规支撑
- 负责公司经营活动有关的法律咨询，公司知识产权和商业秘密保护涉及的法律事务；

### 政策与行业研究
- 整理行业领域的法律法规政策动态，协助撰写研究报告，为公司战略决策提供数据与法律依据。；

### 法律事务辅助
- 协助处理诉讼案件的管理、参与公司招投标活动并依法指导招投标工作。

### Requirements
- 熟悉合同法、公司法、劳动法、招投标法等基本法律法规，了解通信行业监管要求及国有资产管理相关规定；通过法律职业资格考试者优先；
- 具备合同起草、法律文书撰写及文本审查能力，能初步识别评估法律风险；了解诉讼、仲裁及非诉事务处理流程；
- 能熟练应用Excel、PPT、Word等办公软件，完成法律台账、合规报表及工作报告的编制；
- 文字功底扎实，逻辑思维与沟通协调能力较强，责任心强、保密意识好；
