## Job description

### Responsibilities

一、认真学习财务知识，严格执行财务管理制度;

二、根据财务要求，做好部门报账工作（包括流程的提交）；

三、负责本岗位工作资料的整理归档；

四、汇总上报事业部本月收付现预算，核对财务下发的付现明细表；

五、做好事业部的成本支出报账相关工作。

六、做好报账汇总资料的收集、整理、对账、归档等相关工作。

七、做好财务账务系统对账工作。

### Requirements
- 熟练财务软件（如用友、金蝶、Oracle、SAP 等），能独立完成账务处理；
- 能独立完成月度结账、纳税申报（增值税、附加税、个税、企业所得税等）、财务报表编制；
- 具备一定的 成本核算、预算执行分析、费用管控能力；
- 熟练使用 Excel、Word、PPT 等办公软件，能进行数据透视、函数分析等。
- 工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与项目部、业主委员会、税务/银行等外部单位有效对接；
- 有一定的文字表达能力，能撰写财务分析简报或管理建议；
- 能承受一定工作压力，适应月末、季末、年末结账节奏。
