## Job description

### 市场洞察与需求分析
- 通过市场调研、竞品分析和用户反馈，精准挖掘用户痛点与业务需求，并将其转化为清晰可执行的产品需求文档。

### 产品规划与方案设计
- 制定产品发展愿景与迭代路线图，主导产品功能架构、交互逻辑设计，并输出高质量的产品原型。

### 跨部门协同与项目推进
- 作为项目枢纽，拉通设计、研发、测试及运营等跨职能团队，把控项目进度，协调解决突发问题，确保产品按时高质量交付。

### 数据监控与持续迭代
- 建立数据分析体系，追踪产品上线后的核心指标与用户反馈，通过数据驱动决策，持续优化产品体验与功能。

### 产品上市与运营支持
- 制定产品上市策略，提炼核心卖点，为市场、销售团队提供产品培训与物料支持，赋能产品的市场推广与商业变现。

### Requirements
- 对AI大模型、AIGC、自然语言处理（NLP）等前沿技术有浓厚兴趣。
- 了解基本技术概念（如前后端逻辑、数据库、系统架构等），能与研发团队无障碍沟通。同时需具备极强的系统性思维，能处理复杂的业务逻辑。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力、商业敏感度以及出色的文字功底，能熟练使用Excel等工具，并根据数据反馈持续优化产品。
- 具备卓越的跨部门沟通协调能力、抗压能力和执行力，能够高效拉通资源并把控项目进度。
- 具备分析和解决复杂技术问题的能力，能够快速识别并解决项目中的技术难题和风险。
