## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责挖掘客户在信息化、数字化领域的效能提升需求，制定场景化解决方案，并参与招投标工作。
- 负责售前技术支持，包括方案宣讲、答疑及招投标技术标书制作。协调内外部资源，推动解决方案的定制化开发及推广，并参与重大项目实施过程管理。
- 了解运行业的信息化需求，跟踪项目进展，提炼技术方案并形成标准化材料，以支持客户立项。熟悉项目全流程管理，包括需求分析、方案设计和交付验收。
- 协调跟踪项目的进展情况和最终落实。

### Requirements
- 熟悉计算机网络、信息安全、虚拟化、云存储、云网络、容器、微服务、OpenStack等相关技术发展趋势及行业市场情况；
- 熟练使用至少一种编程语言，有软件开发经验；
- 对方案设计、提供解决方案能力较为熟悉，能熟练运用PPT、Office等软件；
- 具有较强的方案编写和宣讲能力；
- 具备客户思维，具备较强的沟通能力、语言文字表达能力、演示讲解能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力、沟通表达能力、项目管理能力和组织协调能力，具备积极的工作态度和良好的团队精神，能适应挑战性工作，适应能力强，具有较好的工作计划性和主动性。
