## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司数字化平台运维、发版升级等工作，高质量完成团队分派的任务，保障平台安全稳定运行。
- 深入参与公司云平台PaaS资源运营维护、开通交付及安全加固等工作；负责所维护组件的风险及隐患治理。
- 负责Kafka、ELK、Redis、K8s、docker等常见组件的集群化部署。
- 负责Kafka、ELK、Redis、K8s、docker等常见组件的运行状态监控和日常运维工作（监控指标配置、故障处置、关键数据备份等）。

### Requirements

1. 2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校硕士及以上学历学位的应届毕业生。 2. 熟悉 kubernetes 架构，并了解各组件的功能特性。 3. 具备扎实的 Linux 平台运维和调试能力，能够熟练进行故障排查、配置调优、性能分析。 4. 理解云平台底层架构，具备独立的故障分析思维和处理能力，精通开源组件故障处理流程。
