## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在总监理工程师的指导下开展现场监理工作并负责工程现场相关事宜，
- 对承包单位投入工程项目的人力、物力、材料设备及其使用、运行状况进行检查和记录；
- 按照监理手册及施工要求对施工工艺及施工工序、施工质量等进行检查并记录；
- 按时编写监理日记；
- 协助项目经理对接客户，市场开拓；
- 完成上级领导交办和团队协作的各项工作；
- 保持与客户良好的沟通，及时解决项目前期出现的问题。

### Requirements
- 熟悉土木工程行业专业知识、技术规范，并能独立完成实践操作；
- 具有较强的图纸审核能力和计算机操作技能，能熟练运用CAD制图等软件；
- 具备良好的组织管理能力、临场应变能力、分析规划能力、统筹协调能力、沟通表达能力等
