## Job description

### 智算集群日常运维与监控
- 负责大规模AI算力集群（GPU/NPU服务器、RoCE/InfiniBand网络）的日常巡检与实时监控，保障大模型训练、AI推理等核心业务7×24小时高可用运行

### 故障诊断与应急处理
- 协助处理GPU/NPU服务器、RDMA网络的全栈故障诊断与修复，建立标准化故障响应机制，参与故障排查，积累根因分析经验
- 自动化运维能力建设 使用Shell/Python开发运维自动化脚本与工具，提升日志收集、监控告警、数据统计等环节的人效 参与可观测性监控体系（Prometheus/Grafana等）的维护与优化

### 知识沉淀与技术赋能 参与运维知识库与标准化SOP文档的建设，沉淀故障处理手册与环境配置规范 与算法、研发团队协作，支撑AI业务的稳定迭代与效率提升 Requirements
- 任职要求 1. 2026 届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信工程，人工智能等相关专业。 2. 熟悉 Linux 内核，熟悉linux常用命令。 3. 熟悉 k8s 生态组件。 4. 熟悉GPU，NPU,CUDA,CANN生态。
- 了解pytorch,vllm等常用的训练推理框架。
- 认真负责，责任心强。
