## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责光学相关新技术的验证，包括验证系统的设计、光电器件选型、以及软硬件需求，并完成验证系统搭建和验证；
- 负责新器件验证及导入；
- 指导工艺师完成产品试制；
- 编写技术验证、器件验证、产品转生产等相关文档。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，并取得相应学位，光学等相关专业；
- 光学基础扎实，熟悉常用光纤器件和光学相关测量仪器；
- 具有量子保密通信相关课程、项目经验者优先；
- 具有光集成芯片相关课程、项目经验者优先；
- 具有微电子组装和微电子封装经验者优先；
- 具有TFQKD、MPQKD项目经验者优先；
- 具备单频DFB光纤激光器的研发、设计或搭建经验者优先；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
