## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责引入、管理、支撑、退出代理商合作工作，负责自有营业厅的驻店商引入工作，负责自有物业建设渠道的招商管理工作。

### 二、渠道建设职责

负责实体渠道的规划、建设工作，负责接应区公司的渠道建设布局的安排，组织各单位落实好渠道建设布局工作，落实实体渠道厅店的升级改造工作，负责综合渠道体系建设工作，确保负责实体渠道销售组织工作，根据年度和阶段性营销任务制定营销方案，组织全市网格开展销售工作。实施核心厅店、城市商圈、城市社区、农村乡镇四条专业线条的专业化运营，分类分级开展销售组织，做到产品精准适配、资源垂直一体穿透、销售管控及时高效。负责实体渠道“以店包片”、“以店包乡”社区销售日常组织工作。

### 终端管理职责

负责终端订货和销售组织工作。

### Requirements
- 具备基础市场运营认知，了解通信行业渠道运营、营销推广基本模式。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备数据统计、数据分析和台账整理能力。
- 沟通表达能力良好，擅长对接、帮扶线下网点，执行力强，能适配县域外勤工作。
- 工作积极踏实、抗压能力强，具备较强的服务意识、市场敏感度和团队协作能力。
