## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在项目主管的指导下开展工程项目造价审核与审计管理工作；
- 检查承包单位投入工程项目的人力、材料、主要设备及其使用情况，核实其与合同、预算的符合性，并做好检查记录；
- 复核或从施工现场直接获取工程计量的有关数据，审核原始凭证，确保计量准确并签署相关文件；
- 依据设计图纸、合同条款及相关标准，对承包单位的工程量计算、计价过程、变更签证等进行检查和记录，确保造价合规；
- 参与现场勘查、隐蔽工程验收等环节，核实实际完成工程量，发现问题及时指出并向负责人报告；
- 做好审计工作日志及底稿，文件记录做到重点详细、及时完整，确保审计资料可追溯。

### Requirements
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，工程造价、工程审计、工程管理等相关专业；
- 工作认真负责，且具有较强的沟通协调能力及良好的团队合作精神；
- 适应省内外出差。
