## Job description

### 会计信息质量管理
- 按财务管理政策和核算办法要求，组织开展会计信息质量合理性、合规性、准确性监督与检查；

### 财务服务支撑
- 深入业务全流程，从企业效益和风险管理角度，提供包括政策、核算、税务、资金、资产等在内的财务专业支撑，提出专业意见与项目可行性分析；

### 业财融合管理
- 组织流程穿测，优化业财流程，夯实业财数据；搭建成本监控模型和效益分析模型，协同专业部门推动降本增效。对标效能目标，定期开展成本费用效能提升分析；

### 风险管理
- 识别评估企业风险，制定应对措施，建立预警机制，及时化解风险。

### Requirements

1. 2026、2027年毕业未落实工作的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生； 2. 财会专业基础知识扎实，办公自动化软件操作熟练，财务软件运用熟练； 3. 具有较强的责任心、具有较强的沟通能力、服务意识、协作和抗压能力； 4. 英语国家四级425分及以上或托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分；
- 身体健康。
