## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大模型算力项目落地交付，对接客户需求，统筹算力集群、大模型微调 / 推理调优项目全流程实施，制定项目交付计划、把控项目进度、风险与交付质量；
- 针对大模型训练、推理场景开展算力资源调度、性能调优工作，定位并解决算力瓶颈、模型推理时延、吞吐优化等问题；
- 负责向客户输出大模型算力部署方案、调优测试报告、运维文档，开展技术对接、现场调试、上线验证工作；
- 跟踪项目交付过程中的需求变更，协调内外部资源推进问题闭环，保障项目按期验收；
- 沉淀大模型算力部署、性能调优典型案例，梳理交付流程与技术方案，支撑售前方案迭代。

### Requirements
- 熟悉大语言模型基础原理；
- 具备 AI 算力项目、大模型训练相关理论基础，了解 GPU 算力集群、分布式训练框架；
- 熟悉主流大模型微调、推理优化手段，了解 CUDA、张量并行、流水线并行、模型量化等优化技术优先；
- 具备良好项目管理能力，能够独立统筹项目交付，善于跨团队沟通协调，具备较强问题排查与解决能力；
- 良好文档撰写能力，能够独立编写技术方案、测试报告、交付文档；
- 能够独立完成项目现场技术交付，具备较强的客户服务意识。
