## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 从事AI摄像头等软硬一体产品中间件研发，面向不同业务场景制定通用软硬一体的技术架构；
- 负责制定与各硬件、芯片、外设的接口设计与核心协议的开发；
- 参与公司端侧算法业务功能规划和解决方案的讨论，负责方案设计、编码以及相关文档撰写；
- 支撑厂商对接软硬一体产品中间件，解决产品在测试、生产和应用过程中相关问题；
- 完成部门安排的其它研发相关工作。

### Requirements
- 具备扎实的编程语言基础，熟练使用C/C++语言，掌握gcc、shell、git、make等开发工具，对网络、内存、多线程等基础知识有深入理解；
- 了解常见视频芯片平台，如星宸、君正、瑞芯微等，具备一定音视频编解码、视频处理算法基础；
- 对机器视觉、人工智能等前沿技术有研究，熟悉AI NPU硬件微架构和深度学习端边云训练及推理硬件原理及实践者优先；
- 具有较强的沟通能力和解决问题能力，工作态度积极主动，有团队合作精神。
