## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 检查咨询团队投入项目的人力、材料、设备、技术方案及其使用、运行状况，并做好检查记录；
- 复核或从现场直接获取与项目投资、进度、质量、安全等相关的数据，审核各类计量、变更、签证的原始凭证，确保数据真实、准确；
- 依据合同约定、设计图纸及相关标准规范，对各参建单位的工艺过程、施工工序、管理行为进行检查和记录，对关键节点、重要工序的完成情况及质量进行检查并记录；
- 进行全过程现场巡查、旁站监督管理工作，做好记录，发现问题及时指出并向项目负责人报告，提出整改建议并跟踪落实；
- 做好全过程咨询工作日志及相关管理文件记录，做到重点详细、及时完整，确保咨询成果文件及过程资料可追溯。

### Requirements
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，工程管理、工程造价、工程审计等相关专业；
- 工作认真负责，且具有较强的沟通协调能力及良好的团队合作精神；
- 适应省内外出差。
