## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责云网行业大模型方案设计、微调优化、RAG 知识库及智能 Agent 落地，赋能云网 AIOps 智能化运营。
- 基于网络指标、告警、日志、工单等数据，研发异常检测、告警收敛、故障根因定位相关算法。
- 完成大模型轻量化、推理加速优化，解决模型精度、时延、幻觉等问题，支撑线上部署。
- 依托云网数字孪生等项目，落地态势预测、运维问答、智能推荐等大模型应用。
- 跟进前沿算法技术，输出方案、测试报告，协同开发完成算法工程化迭代上线。

### Requirements

（一）学历专业 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据、应用数学、通信工程等相关专业。 （二）专业技能
- 精通机器学习、深度学习原理，熟悉 Transformer 架构，会使用 PyTorch/TensorFlow 做模型训练、LoRA/QLoRA 微调、SFT 微调。 熟练使用 Python 及数据分析工具，掌握时序分析、异常检测等常用算法。
- 了解 Milvus、FAISS 等向量库，具备完整 RAG 搭建、Prompt 调优实战经验。
- 熟悉大模型部署流程，了解 Agent 编排思路，可独立完成算法从实验到上线全流程。
- 熟练 Linux 环境、Git 版本管理，具备代码调试能力。 （三）业务优先条件
- 有运营商云网、AIOps、网络运维、故障根因分析、云网数字孪生项目经验优先；熟悉 TCP/IP、云资源调度者优先。
- 有运维 NLP、图神经网络、时序建模落地经验优先。
- 有大模型分布式训练、轻量化调优部署经验优先。
