## Job description

### 财务管理
- 将财税理念及管理融入业务环节，推动业财融合、提升业财赋能及价值创造能力；
- 业财分析:运用数据分析工具和方法，对公司的业财数据进行深度挖掘和多维度分析，为企业经营管理和决策提供有效参考；
- 税务管理:负责税务政策、税务报表、税务风险、发票管理等税务工作；

### 参与制定和完善财务管理制度和流程，提高财务工作的规范化、标准化水平 Requirements
- 熟练掌握办公及数据分析工具，如PPT、Excel、Python、Bl等，有较好的数据处理和分析能力，有较强的文字功底；
- 对业务财务和财务数智化转型有浓厚的兴趣和一定的了解，具有较好的主动学习能力、创新思维和探索精神；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，有大局观;
- 具有较强的逻辑思考能力和问题解决能力；
- 有相关实习经验或项目经验者优先考虑。
