## Job description

### 需求调研
- 配合团队对接客户，梳理客户业务需求和痛点，整理需求文档，精准把握客户核心诉求。

### 方案制作
- 协助撰写行业解决方案、配套PPT、投标资料，优化方案内容，贴合客户需求。

### 售前支撑
- 跟随团队参与客户沟通、方案宣讲、现场答疑、产品演示，配合完成项目对接工作。

### 投标协助
- 负责投标文件整理、内容校对、资料汇总，保障投标流程顺利推进。

### 资产沉淀
- 整理项目案例、方案模板、行业资料，协助搭建标准化方案库，积累行业经验。

### 跨部门配合
- 联动销售、技术、交付团队，同步客户需求，跟进项目落地，做好前期对接工作。

### Requirements
- 学历专业 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、大数据、物联网、电子信息类等相关专业。
- 能力要求 （1）具备基础的逻辑思维和文字功底，会使用PPT、Word、Excel，能够独立完成文案整理、方案排版； （2）沟通表达清晰，善于倾听和总结，具备良好的客户对接、临场应答能力； （3）对信息化、数字化、软硬件项目感兴趣，愿意深耕解决方案、售前咨询方向； （4）具备较强的学习能力、抗压能力和执行力。
- 综合素质 工作认真负责、有团队协作意识，主动性强，具备独立思考和问题解决能力，有良好的职业素养。
