## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 水下光学成像算法的设计与实现，包括图像增强（去噪、去模糊、对比度优化）、目标检测与识别、三维重建（基于结构光或激光扫描）等。
- 研究光场传输模型及跨介质成像特性（如空气-水界面折射补偿），优化光场调控技术（偏振融合、距离选通）。
- 开发深度学习模型用于图像复原、噪声抑制及特征提取。
- 开发偏振成像/激光成像系统。
- 撰写技术文档、专利及高质量科研论文。

### Requirements
- 博士学历，光学工程、计算机视觉、信号处理等相关专业。

### 编程能力
- 精通Python/C++，熟悉OpenCV/TensorFlow/PyTorch框架。

### 算法基础
- 掌握数字信号处理、图像分割、目标跟踪。熟悉跨介质光场传输、实时自适应补偿算法或深度学习算法。

### 系统能力
- 熟悉偏振成像/激光成像系统，具备相机硬件协同开发能力（如FPGA、嵌入式系统）。
- 有水下光学成像项目经验者优先。
