## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责AI算法的研发与落地应用。围绕大模型微调、RAG、智能体等方向，结合客户业务场景进行算法方案设计与实现，推动AI能力在实际项目中快速验证与交付。
- 负责模型训练、评估与调优工作，包括数据集构建、模型选型、训练策略优化及效果评测，确保算法效果满足项目交付标准。
- 配合项目经理、解决方案经理完成项目前期的技术可行性评估、算法方案设计及技术交流等工作。
- 负责算法模块的工程化部署与集成，与开发团队协同完成算法能力到产品或平台的集成交付。
- 持续跟踪大模型、多模态、Agent等AI前沿技术，总结项目实践经验，沉淀算法能力与技术资产。

### Requirements
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与技术敏感度，对AI前沿技术有持续探索热情，做事严谨负责，具备较强的自驱力和结果导向思维。
- 编程基础扎实，熟悉Python，掌握PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架，具备较强的代码实现与工程化能力。
- 了解大模型微调、RAG、Prompt Engineering等技术方向，有NLP、CV或推荐算法等相关项目或实习经验优先。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题分析能力，做事细致严谨、责任心强，能适应多项目并行的工作节奏。
- 学习能力强，对算法研发有持续兴趣与热情，能接受临时任务，有一定文档撰写和整理能力
