## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责移动通信4G/5G网络专业化维护和优化工作；
- 负责协同推进网络基础设施共建共享、共维共优，提升移动网络品质；
- 负责移动无线网络智慧运营、数字化转型等相关工作。

### Requirements
- 熟悉移动通信原理(4G LTE/5G NR空口流程等基础知识；
- 掌握大数据、人工智能知识，善于学习，并能够在工作中不断提升和运用；
- 具备良好沟通、团队协作和抗压能力，具有较强的事业心、责任心，品德端正、责任心强、执行力强。
