## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目技术方案设计及相关流程拉通，项目解决方案材料撰写、架构方案设计等工作;
- 负责数据清洗、标注方案设计、数据集构建；
- 开展算法实验验证，输出实验报告，支撑业务落地；
- 配合开发团队完成模型测试、部署对接；
- 跟踪前沿 AI 技术，开展新技术预研。

### Requirements
- 具备较强的学习能力与逻辑思维能力，对新领域有研究兴趣
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神
- 熟练掌握机器学习、深度学习基础理论，熟悉至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）；
- 熟练使用 Python，掌握常用数据分析工具；
- 拥有相关课程项目、竞赛、毕业设计或 AI 实习项目经验优先。
