## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与相关产品研发及咨询工作，包括参与公司突发事件应急相关模型产品研发工作，编制相关解决方案等；
- 开展项目模型算法研究与优化工作，分析研判公司及行业未来发展趋势，分析研究公司模型算法，设计和完善公司模型体系；
- 参与突发事件应急相关领域研究工作，包括分析突发事件应急处置流程及需求，并制定相应的解决方案；
- 参与系统信息安全评估工作，并撰写相应的风险评估报告；
- 进行模型分享交流与赋能培训，促进模型在公司项目和产品中的落地应用。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机等相关专业；
- 编程功底扎实，掌握常用数据结构和算法，熟悉面向对象编程，熟悉常见的架构及设计模式，至少掌握一门计算机算法语言，如python、c++等；
- 具备算法模型建模及算法实现能力；
- 具有算法模型研究、软件开发、计算机视觉（检测、跟踪、识别）和图像处理应用经验优先；
- 对于主流Deep Learning框架有了解； 6具有优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题分析及解决能力、研究创新能力； 7.自我驱动力强，对于研发和创新有执着追求，具备高度责任心和承压能力。
