## Job description

### Responsibilities

从事大数据开发、AI算法研究或数据挖掘分析等方向工作：
- 制定大数据开发相关的技术标准和方案，设计测试标准与流程
- 开展大数据相关的分布式、人工智能、搜索策略、算法等的设计，并应用于开发
- 基于大数据，利用机器学习和数据挖掘方法，建立客户画像标签，提升数据服务能力
- AI模型设计和研发，制定AI产品应用相关的研发、测试标准与流程

### 开展客户研究及数据建模，数据分析及数据挖掘应用，提供企业级对外数据服务 Requirements
- 1.

### 熟悉大数据、计算机软件相关知识，具备以下条件者优先

有数据建模经验；掌握HIVE、MYSQL等主流数据库，擅长数据统计分析；精通Python等工具开展数据挖掘建模，熟悉机器学习算法原理及应用 2.具有较强的学习和解决问题能力，善于沟通、乐于合作，富有创新精神，敢于承担责任、挑战困难，能承受压力
