## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责机器学习/深度学习算法的设计、实现与优化；
- 跟踪学术界前沿技术，评估其在业务场景中的可行性并进行技术预研；
- 负责训练数据的清洗、标注、增强及特征工程，构建高质量的数据集以支撑模型训练；
- 分析数据分布与模型表现，通过数据驱动的方式解决长尾问题或提升模型泛化能力；
- 使用主流深度学习框架搭建模型，进行超参数调优、损失函数设计及模型压缩；
- 解决模型过拟合、欠拟合及收敛困难等技术难题，提升模型的准确率、召回率及推理速度；
- 将算法模型集成至实际业务系统，配合后端/嵌入式团队完成模型在服务端或边缘端的部署；
- 优化算法在特定硬件上的运行效率，确保实时性与稳定性；
- 撰写算法设计文档、测试报告及技术专利，参与代码评审;
- 推动AI产品从概念到落地的全流程。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生；
- 熟练掌握Python/C++，具备良好的代码规范与数据结构基础；
- 精通PyTorch、TensorFlow、PaddlePaddle等至少一种深度学习框架；
- 扎实的数学基础（线性代数、概率论、优化理论），深入理解CNN、RNN、Transformer等主流网络结构原理；
- 具有较强的承压能力，敢于接受挑战。
