## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与基于 Milvus 的向量数据库平台架构设计与核心研发，负责存储引擎、索引构建（HNSW/IVF/DiskANN）、查询优化等关键模块的开发与性能调优
- 参与向量检索全链路优化，包括索引策略选型、量化压缩（PQ/RaBitQ）、检索参数调优、多路召回与精排等
- 参与混合检索架构设计与实现，支撑向量检索与全文/标量检索的融合查询，服务 RAG、Agent Memory、多模态检索等 AI 场景
- 参与 Milvus 版本迭代、网关服务、数据同步组件开发，保障大规模生产集群的高可用与稳定性

### 跟踪向量检索与 AI 基础设施前沿技术，持续提升产品竞争力 Requirements
- 专业要求： 1. 2027 届硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业 2. 熟练掌握 C++/Go/Java/Rust 中至少一门语言，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础 3. 必须具备 Milvus 实际开发或深度使用经验，熟悉 Milvus 整体架构（包括 Coordinator、DataNode、QueryNode、IndexNode 等核心组件及读写链路） 4. 了解 ANN 检索算法（HNSW/IVF/DiskANN）或向量量化技术（PQ/RaBitQ），有 Faiss/Triton 等向量推理引擎使用经验者优先 5.

### 加分项

有 Elasticsearch / Qdrant / pgvector 等同类系统经验；有 ACM/ICPC 获奖经历或高质量开源贡献；有 RAG / Agent 应用落地经验
