## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责编制/审核工程量清 单、招标控制价等造价咨询成果文件，根据项目进度，对合同付款申请进行审查；
- 负责完成项目各阶段的估、概、预算和分析，参加项目动态管理及结算工作；
- 负责业务对接、信息交换、技术交流等对外联络工作；
- 负责造价信息（政策、市场）的收集、分析、积累和指标数据的整理、汇编；
- 能接受外派或驻点；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作任务。

### Requirements
- 了解工程造价的清 单及定额计价相关规范、计算规则、地方文件法规，能够熟练应用信息化造价软件工具，准确计算工程项目总造价；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint等，具备较强的PPT制作能力和Excel数据分析能力；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、学习能力和抗压能力，能够与客户和团队成员进行有效的沟通。
