## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责产品或项目的交付实施及实施过程中的相关支持工作，确保产品按时完成交付。
- 负责产品或项目的售后运营，支撑客户产品售后使用，进行客户的故障处置和答疑等工作。
- 负责管理产品运营文档，编写、维护和更新与产品交付和运营相关的技术文档，包括操作手册、故障处理指南、知识库文章等。
- 负责内部协作与流程优化，持续分析和优化交付及运维流程、工具和方法，提升服务质量和客户满意度。

### Requirements

1、2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校硕士及以上学历学位的应届毕业生，计算机、网络安全、通信等相关专业。 2、具有扎实的计算机网络，网络安全等基础知识，熟练掌握路由、交换、NAT、VPN等网络基础技术。 3、熟悉网络安全产品，如防火墙、WEB防火墙、入侵检测系统、终端防护等系统，或了解信息安全基础知识，有安全事件分析研判能力，能够进行安全日志、安全事件应急分析处置工作。 4、工作认真、踏实严谨、积极主动、团结协作，具有高度责任心和敬业精神。
