## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 采用大模型开发工具，结合向量数据库检索和提示词优化实现产品的核心功能。
- 负责大模型在垂直领域的精调/微调，负责设计大模型评估方法，通过模型精调工具提升模型性能。
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同解决大模型产业落地过程中的算法和技术难题，提高团队整体技术水平。
- 跟踪行业动态，了解前沿技术发展，为公司的发展提供战略建议。
- 参与大模型产品落地，满足业务场景的需求和基于反馈的算法调优、算法创新、系统评测等。

### Requirements

1.基本条件 （1）遵守宪法和法律，积极践行社会主义核心价值观； （2）具有良好的品行，认同企业文化； （3）具备岗位所需的专业知识、技能、经验等任职资格； （4）服从公司工作安排，具有适应岗位要求的身体条件和心理素质； （5）具备符合岗位要求且国家承认的普通高等教育学历学位，留学人员应具备教育部留学服务中心出具的国（境）外学历学位认证材料； （6）岗位所需要的其他条件。 2.专业要求 人工智能、智能科学与技术、数据科学与大数据技术、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、物联网工程、电子信息工程、通信工程、统计学等相关专业。
