## Job description

### 负责数据全链路处理
- 主导数据清洗、标注及增强工作，构建高质量的训练数据集，并完成核心特征的提取与工程化落地；

### 负责模型全周期开发
- 参与算法模型的架构设计与训练调优，通过持续的评估体系对模型进行迭代，确保模型性能的稳步提升；

### 推动模型落地与优化
- 结合具体业务场景，解决实际业务问题，推动模型完成部署与上线，并根据线上反馈持续优化模型效果。

### Requirements
- 熟练掌握 Python/C++/Java 中的至少一种编程语言，具备扎实的代码功底和良好的编码习惯；
- 熟练使用 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流深度学习框架；熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握 SQL 及 Pandas/NumPy 等数据处理工具；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在多学科团队中高效协作；
- 具备良好的业务理解能力，能够针对业务问题设计合理的算法解决方案。
