## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大语言模型及生成式 AI 相关应用的设计、开发与持续迭代，结合实际业务场景推动 AI 能力落地。
- 参与智能问答、知识库、智能助手、AI Agent 等应用系统建设，完成核心功能开发、流程设计及系统集成。
- 负责大模型应用中的提示词优化、知识检索、上下文管理、工具调用等关键能力建设，持续提升模型回答的准确性、稳定性与可用性。
- 参与 AI 应用后端服务及接口开发，完成模型服务、业务系统、数据库及第三方平台之间的数据与能力对接。
- 负责 AI 应用的测试、效果评估、性能优化及问题排查，持续优化系统响应效率、用户体验和工程稳定性。
- 跟踪大语言模型、AI Agent、RAG 等人工智能技术发展，结合业务需求进行技术调研、方案验证和新能力探索。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生及2026年毕业且未就业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生。 2.遵纪守法，品行端正，无不良行为记录； 3.身体健康，具有正常履行职责的身体条件； 4.具有良好的计算机办公软件应用能力； 5.具有良好的职业素质及团队精神； 6.具有较强的学习能力、语言表达能力、文字写作能力和沟通协调能力。
