## Job description

### 高价值场景与MVP(最小可行产品)共创
- 深入客户业务现场，梳理业务流程、痛点和数据基础，识别高价值AI场景，明确场景目标、价值指标及MVP验证路径，推动快速验证；

### 企业数据本体建模实施
- 围绕场景梳理业务对象、关系、属性和规则，参与企业数据本体及知识模型构建，建立业务语义与数据关联，为智能体理解、推理和应用提供基础；

### AI业务流程嵌入开发
- 结合客户现有流程和系统，应用大模型、智能体、RAG、Skill/MCP等能力，参与AI应用开发、接口集成和流程编排，将AI嵌入查询分析、辅助决策、业务办理和任务执行等环节；

### 行业AI工程化实施与复制
- 参与数据接入、系统集成、部署联调、效果验证和迭代优化，推动MVP形成可运行、可交付的行业AI应用，并沉淀本体模型、智能体、Skill、流程模板和实施方法等复用资产。

### Requirements
- 计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；
- 具备良好的AI技术基础，了解大模型、智能体、RAG、知识图谱/本体、数据工程、云计算等相关技术；
- 具备较强的工程实践能力，掌握Python、Java等至少一种编程语言，了解数据库、API接口和数据处理，能够完成AI应用原型、接口集成或Demo开发；
- 具备业务分析、流程梳理和数据建模意识，能够将实际业务问题转化为可设计、可开发、可验证的AI场景。
