## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司电梯、空调等机电设备的日常巡检、保养、维修及故障抢修工作。
- 排查设备运行隐患，及时处理各类问题，做好预防性维护。
- 做好设备巡检、保养、维修台账记录，及时上报设备老化、故障问题。
- 遵守安全操作规程，做好现场安全作业，能及时处理突发设备应急情况。
- 完成领导安排的其他机电设备维护、检修相关工作。

### Requirements

2027届国内外普通高校本科、硕士、博士应届毕业生；或2026届国内外普通高校本科、硕士、博士毕业且未就业毕业生。
