## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责AI/软件集成项目的全生命周期管理。统筹项目从立项、实施、验收至交付各阶段工作，协调内外部资源，管控项目进度、质量与成本，推动项目按计划达成里程碑目标与最终交付。
- 配合客户经理、解决方案经理完成项目前期推进，参与项目需求对接、可行性评估及立项评审等工作。
- 负责项目执行过程中的跨团队协调与沟通，包括与客户、供应商、内部研发及交付团队的对接，确保各方信息对齐、问题及时闭环。
- 负责撰写项目相关文档，包括项目计划书、风险分析报告、验收材料等，依据项目实际情况制定合理的管理方案与应对策略。
- 基于人工智能、大数据等技术方向，持续总结项目交付经验，沉淀项目管理方法论，推动交付流程标准化与效率提升。

### Requirements
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通与表达对接能力，抗压能力强，做事细致严谨、责任心强，具备较强的执行力和结果导向思维
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维与统筹规划能力，擅长拆解复杂问题，有较强的项目排期、资源协调与风险预判意识
- 熟练使用Office、飞书、钉钉、Project、Jira等项目管理工具，具备基础的进度管控能力
- 了解大模型微调、AI算法应用、智能系统开发流程，或具备产品、研发、测试相关实习经验者优先
- 学习能力强，能接受临时任务，有一定文档撰写和整理能力。
