## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责AI类产品及用户运营工作，针对用户特性独立制定运营方案及策略，并协调资源推进落地，提升用户增长、留存、转化等运营指标；
- 策划创新性的活动方案，负责活动全流程执行，包括原型、与技术对齐沟通核心系统及玩法设计，独立推进上线，跟进活动进度、活动数据及效果复盘；
- 负责运营数据跟进及分析，推动产品及活动迭代，完成各项指标；
- 协调和管理内部各项资源，能独立完成运营的全流程工作。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、应用数学、通信工程、数据科学等相关专业优先；
- 遵守宪法和法律，具有良好的个人品质、职业操守和综合素质；政治立场坚定，认同公司企业文化；具备良好的身体素质和心理素质，工作积极主动，抗压能力强，能适应快节奏的工作环境；
- 具备敏锐的数据洞察力，能够熟练运用数据分析工具和方法，从数据中挖掘业务价值；逻辑思维清晰，结构化思考能力强，善于发现问题并提出解决方案；
- 具备优秀的业务沟通能力和跨部门协调能力，能够有效整合内外部资源推动项目落地；工作细致严谨，执行力强，具备良好的跨团队协作意识；
- 具备出色的PPT撰写能力与提案技巧，能够清晰、有逻辑地呈现产品规划和运营策略；
- 在校期间有用户运营、产品运营或活动策划相关经验者优先。
