## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责电信核心业务系统（BOSS、CRM、计费等）的日常运维、故障处理、需求分析及系统优化方案设计，保障系统高可用性；
- 负责数据资产的梳理、编目与质量管理，建设和维护数据处理管道，保障数据采集、清洗、存储全流程运转；
- 开展端到端数据比对验证，负责数据异常监控与根因定位分析，推动数据质量闭环解决；
- 负责数据分析与可视化，参与内部信息化系统的调研设计、低代码开发（RPA、AI智能体应用等）；
- 跨部门沟通对接业务需求，参与省级项目实施，负责测试、问题收集和培训支撑。

### Requirements
- 计算机、软件工程、通信工程、电子信息、数据科学与大数据技术、人工智能等相关专业；
- 精通SQL语言，熟悉MySQL或PostgreSQL数据库，具备复杂SQL编写及性能调优能力；
- 精通至少一种编程语言（Python/Java/C/C++/C#），具备自动化数据处理脚本编写能力；
- 掌握面向对象开发、中间件使用，了解数据仓库、ETL、数据治理基本概念；
- 具备数据可视化和数据分析能力，有相关项目经验者优先；
- 具备较强的责任心、独立分析解决问题能力和团队协作精神。
