## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责通用智能体、多智能体协作系统的算法研发与工程落地，参与智能体感知、决策、规划、记忆模块的设计与开发，迭代优化智能体自主交互、任务执行能力。
- 结合大语言模型、多模态技术，开展智能体Prompt工程、微调优化、工具调用能力开发，解决智能体场景适配、逻辑推理、任务闭环等核心问题。
- 跟进智能体领域前沿技术，落地学术研究成果与行业方案，配合产品、测试团队完成功能调试、性能优化及文档编写，保障智能体系统稳定迭代。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、自动化、数学等相关专业，扎实掌握机器学习、深度学习、强化学习基础理论。
- 熟练掌握Python编程语言，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流框架，了解大模型微调、RAG、智能体框架（AutoGPT、LangChain等）开发者优先。
- 具备良好的算法落地和代码工程能力，有智能体开发、大模型应用、多智能体系统、机器人决策规划相关项目经验、科研经历者优先。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、自主学习能力和问题攻坚能力，关注智能体前沿技术，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
