## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与动力和空调系统（含高低压配电、通信用开关电源、UPS、蓄电池、精密空调、发电机等设备）建设及改造的方案设计、审核、施工、验收及割接等工程管理工作，制定维护作业计划，建立运维台账并编制巡检与故障报告；
- 负责上述设备的日常运维、巡检与保养，将AI能力深度融入日常运营维护工作，实时监控动环系统值守，及时响应告警，按紧急程度分级处理设备故障与缺陷并及时修复；
- 负责运维管理制度及应急预案的制定和修改完善，执行应急调度预案，参与应急演练，保障动力供应安全；
- 负责动环系统运行情况及能耗等数据分析，配合支撑PUE、WUE等能耗与电费管理工作。

### Requirements
- 熟悉电子信息、通信电源、电气工程、能源动力等相关专业基础知识，掌握交直流配电系统、柴油发电机组、电机与控制、电力电子与变换、蓄电池、制冷或暖通技术、动力与环境监控等专业课程；
- 具备较强的学习能力和责任心，能快速掌握新技术新业务，积极学习网络与AI等新技术并运用，适应挑战性工作；
- 具备安全操作意识、故障分析与现场问题排查能力，动手实操能力良好，踏实肯干，能适应现场工作；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力，积极的工作态度和团队精神。
