## Job description

### Responsibilities

本岗位主要招聘负责数据中心和园区全过程咨询项目管理岗位，具体要求如下：
- 深入研究招标文件、合同条款及设计图纸，配合团队参与编制项目管理实施规划与全生命周期管理方案。
- 负责或配合完成项目立项、规划许可、施工许可等各项行政审批手续，确保项目合法合规启动。
- 在项目初期识别技术、合同及外部环境风险，建立项目风险及应对预案。
- 常驻项目现场，全程参与中大型数据中心或者工业园区项目建设，深度介入施工全流程，积累扎实的现场实操经验。
- 统筹业主、监理、施工及设计等参建方资源，解决界面冲突，保障项目关键节点按期达成。
- 能够从项目管理的角度独立识别现场质量、安全、进度及合规风险，出具专业评估报告，在建设单位授权范围内，督办整改措施的落地与销项。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，土木工程、工程造价、工程管理等相关专业； 2.英语国家四级425分及以上、计算机二级及以上； 3.具有良好的服务意识、组织协调及沟通表达能力，善于处理人际关系，懂得基本的商务礼仪； 4.能熟练操作办公软件； 5.有责任心，积极上进，诚实守信，有良好的团队合作精神和职业操守； 6.身体健康，品行端正，有较好的专业基础和吃苦耐劳的精神，接受出差或长期驻外。
