## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司财务管理中的合规性审查与法律风险防范，参与资金运营决策的法律支持，协助把控会计核算与账务处理中的合规性要求；
- 参与年度预算编制的合规性审核，跟踪预算执行过程中的法律合规风险，协助开展财务分析中的合规性评估与风险研判；
- 负责财务风险管控中的法律风险识别与预警，制定法律风险整改措施并推动落实，参与重大财务事项的法律审查与风险应对；
- 负责日常业务稽核审核，重点审查业务流程合规性，承接上级单位会计政策与制度的合规落地实施，确保业务操作符合法律法规及监管要求。

### Requirements
- 具有较强的工作责任心和敬业精神，执行力强，能承担压力；
- 具备较强的风险预判能力与合规意识；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，工作原则性强，责任心强；
- 熟悉公司法、合同法、财税法规及相关经济法律法规，具备财务合规审查、法律风险识别与防范能力，了解企业会计核算基础知识及监管要求。
